BREATHWORK COACHING AND WORKSHOPS

Mindful breathing is a safe and natural way to quickly impact your autonomic nervous system. Benefits include: stress relief, improved sleep, balanced energy, improved mental focus. One on one sessions and group workshops available.  

YOGA NIDRA

A guided 45 minute meditation that takes us effortlessly into a state of harmonious rest. It combines body, breath and awareness techniques designed to help you achieve the deepest level of relaxation and restoration.
